Work with The Anti-AI Brain.
Three ways to bring the canonical 30-day AI detox protocol into your team, your stage, or your publication. Every program is operator-grade — the frame is cognitive sovereignty, not clinical dependency. Inquiries are answered personally by Nik, usually within two business days.
1 · Team reads
Bulk paperback + facilitator guide.
For L&D, HR, and leadership teams at companies where the whole floor ships with AI every day. The book is the read. The facilitator guide turns it into a six-week team program — one chapter block per week, mapped onto the four circuits the protocol treats (Attention, Memory, Reasoning, Decisions), plus a kickoff and a debrief.
- — Minimum order: 25 paperback copies, shipped direct from KDP at author-discount pricing.
- — Facilitator guide: PDF, branded for your team, shipped on order confirmation.
- — Optional: one 45-minute live Q&A with Nik for cohorts above 100 readers.

2 · Speaking and workshops
Keynotes and half-day workshops.
One-hour keynote for conferences and offsites: Cognitive sovereignty in the age of the co-pilot — the neuroscience, the measurable losses (MIT's 55% drop, Microsoft's cognitive-debt curve), and the thirty-day path back. Half-day workshop for engineering and product teams: the Anti-AI Seven, installed — Socratic prompting, handwriting recovery, deep-reading reps, recall-and-teach drills.
- — Formats: 45–60 min keynote · 90 min fireside · half-day workshop · full-day leadership intensive.
- — Audiences to date: AI-native startups, enterprise L&D, engineering leadership offsites, founders' programs.
- — Remote or in-person. Based in Almaty; travels for the right rooms.

For journalists, podcast hosts, and publication editors. Review copies are available in PDF and paperback ahead of the May 29, 2026 launch. Interview slots open. Syndication rights for book excerpts, the anchor research, the Anti-AI Brain Score diagnostic, and named chart visualizations can be granted non-exclusively for editorial use, with attribution to the author and a link to antiaibrain.com.
- — Press kit: author bio, portrait, book cover, MIT / Microsoft / Wharton anchor stats, ready-to-quote passages.
- — Interview availability: weekdays, 09:00–19:00 Almaty time (UTC+5). Weekends case-by-case.
- — Preferred topics: cognitive sovereignty, the MIT EEG finding, Microsoft's cognitive-debt curve, pharmakon dosing of AI, why this frame is not digital minimalism and not an AIAS-style addiction diagnosis.

Notes
The Anti-AI Brain is an independently published book. Programs on this page are run by the author directly; there is no agency, no speakers bureau, no licensing middleman. That keeps fees predictable and responses fast. It also means a small number of slots are available in any given quarter — early inquiries for launch-window events are encouraged.
Because the protocol is dosed-use, not abstinence, no program on this page is framed as a digital-detox retreat or an addiction-recovery intervention. Programs are for operators who want to keep shipping with AI while rebuilding the cognitive tissue AI consumes in most people. For the philosophical frame, see pharmakon and cognitive sovereignty in the glossary. For the frame the book deliberately did not adopt, see Frame alternatives on the research page.
